The Commitment

This is a one-year commitment. The first four weeks are dedicated training so you feel confident in the role. After that, the work is 15 to 20 hours per month, designed to fit around a full family life.

Monetary compensation begins after the year is complete. We will decide what that looks like together at the end of the assistantship.

What You'll Contribute

You'll be the driver who keeps every channel of my business flowing while I focus on the work itself. The first four weeks are full training. You'll be guided through every system, every template, every workflow.

After that, your monthly rhythm of 15 to 20 hours breaks down across these areas:

Marketing Coordination

You'll drive the day-to-day marketing. Building social media posts from templates I've created, putting graphics together in Adobe Express, light video editing, and posting across channels. Everything runs through a human-check workflow before it goes live. If you don't yet know Adobe Express, there's a $500 training budget to get you up to speed.

Campaign & Event Coordination

When we run a launch, you maintain the Campaign Bible — the central document that tracks every moving piece. When I plan a workshop, you coordinate it from the template, working four weeks ahead so nothing is improvised under pressure. You'll also help with light research, refining lists I've pre-researched and organising what I send you.

Podcast & Production Support

You'll post the show notes, upload episodes to YouTube, and maintain the filing system so every podcast asset has a home.

Systems & Pipeline Coordination

You'll keep the Notion dashboard current and the posting pipeline up to date. I drive the calendar — you have oversight and help me stay on schedule. You'll keep records, archives, and key business data organised, keeping me on track when we need to meet deadlines.

Our Working Rhythm

This role is fully online. We'll work through video calls and Loom, with a light weekly check-in cadence so nothing slips. The work is async where possible, designed to fit around your family life.

This is a creative collaboration. I lead with clarity, and I lift up the people who work beside me. You'll be a real part of how this business grows, and you'll grow with it.
