March 2026: Metamorphosis and Sacred Completion

Dear Friends,

We are in the eye of the storm.

As I write this in late February 2026 just a week after the annular solar eclipse at 28 degrees of Aquarius, the reverberations of that cosmic event are still rippling through the collective consciousness. Truth is flooding in. Revelations that seemed impossible just weeks ago are now undeniable.

This is exactly what the Sabian symbol for that eclipse degree told us: "A butterfly emerging from a chrysalis. The capacity to utterly transform the character of one's consciousness. What is emphasized is the process of metamorphosis. In spiritual terms, this implies initiation."

We are in initiation, dear friends. Not just as individuals, but as a collective. And now, on March 3rd, we move into the next stage of this profound transformation with a total lunar eclipse in Virgo at 12 degrees 52 minutes.

I have learned that the most powerful transformations occur not in a single flash of light, but in a series of initiations—each one stripping away another layer of illusion, each one calling us deeper into our authentic power.

February's eclipse opened the floodgates of truth.

March's eclipse asks: What are you ready to complete? What must you purify? What patterns must you release in order to fully embody the new consciousness being born?

This is sacred completion work. This is spiritual mastery in 2026.

The Total Lunar Eclipse in Virgo (March 3rd): Endings, Purification, and Divine Order

A lunar eclipse is always a powerful full moon—a culmination, a peak, a revelation of what has been building beneath the surface. But this is not just any lunar eclipse.

This is a total lunar eclipse conjunct the south node, emphasizing endings, completions, and closures.

The south node represents what we are releasing, what we have outgrown, what must be composted so that new life can emerge. When the moon—our emotional body, our inner world, our subconscious—sits at the south node in Virgo, we are being asked to complete something significant in the realm of our daily habits, our health, our routines, and our relationship to service.

Virgo is the sign of purification. It asks: What needs to be cleansed? What habits are no longer serving your highest good? What perfectionism or self-criticism have you been carrying that must now be released?

Look to where 12-13 degrees of Virgo falls in your natal chart. This is the area of life where you are experiencing a sacred completion.

This eclipse is showing you what must end so that something truer can begin.

The Pisces Stellium: From Analysis to Intuition, From Mind to Heart

One of the most striking features of this eclipse chart is the extraordinary emphasis on Pisces. We have five planets in water signs in total—Mars, Sun, Mercury (the ruler of this Virgo eclipse), Venus, and the North Node all in Pisces, plus Jupiter in Cancer.

This is a profound shift from the mental analysis and perfectionism of Virgo to the intuitive knowing and divine surrender of Pisces. We are being asked to move from the head to the heart, from trying to figure everything out to trusting what we feel, from managing every detail to allowing the divine flow to guide us.

Mercury in Pisces is particularly significant here, as Mercury rules Virgo and therefore rules this eclipse. When the ruler of a Virgo eclipse sits in Pisces, we are being shown that the answers we seek will not come through more analysis, more research, more mental gymnastics.

They will come through meditation, through dreams, through the whispers of our intuition, through the quiet knowing that arises when we stop thinking and start feeling.

Venus in Pisces brings an exalted quality of divine love—what I call Christ consciousness energy, not in any religious sense, but in the sense of unconditional, universal compassion for all beings.

This is the frequency we are being called to embody. This is what will carry us through the revelations and upheavals still unfolding.

Your consciousness - your thoughts, your emotional state, your choices, your frequency - determines which river you inhabit. And the river you swim in determines what you experience, who you meet, what opportunities appear, and how you navigate this year.

The Aries Equinox (March 20th): The Astrological New Year and the Choice Before Us

On March 20th, the Sun enters 0 degrees of Aries, marking the spring equinox and the beginning of the astrological new year. Every year, this moment sets the tone for the twelve months ahead - like the first layer of paint on a canvas upon which all other transits will be layered.

But this is not just another Aries equinox.

This moment arrives in the wake of extraordinary astrological alignments: the end of multiple cosmic cycles, the Saturn-Neptune conjunction at 0° Aries (the first time in over 6,000 years), the solar eclipse on Chinese New Year inaugurating the Fire Horse year, and the total lunar eclipse in Virgo just weeks before. We are standing at the threshold of what I believe, deep in my bones, is a whole new era for humanity.

This is a deeply powerful time with nine orbiting bodies in Aries. Nine. The Sun, Saturn, Neptune, Chiron, and several significant dwarf planets all clustered in the sign of initiation, courage, and new beginnings.

This is unprecedented. And it tells us something crucial about the year ahead.

The Energy of Aries: Initiation, Clarity, and Speed

Aries brings the energy of ignition. Of rebirth. Of confidence, sovereignty, independence, passion, innovation, and above all - clarity. People with strong Aries placements simply know who they are. There is no ambiguity, no confusion. "I am" - clear, direct, simple.

This is the energy flooding our collective field for the next twelve months.

Expect things to move fast. Expect dynamic outer events. Expect a year where the Fire Horse energy we stepped into in February continues to gallop forward with tremendous momentum.

We have only one planet in an earth sign (Uranus in Taurus, until it enters Gemini on April 26th) and one in an air sign (Pluto in Aquarius). Everything else is in fire and water - a steamy, emotional, passionate, intuitive combination that reflects both the flooding we're seeing across the planet and the fires of transformation burning through old structures.

The Higher Expression: Two Rivers of Consciousness

Here is where I want you to understand something crucial about how astrological energy works.

Every planetary placement offers us a spectrum of expression - from shadow to gold. Carl Jung spoke often of finding "the gold in the shadow," and this is precisely what we're being asked to do with these powerful Aries and Neptune energies.

Aries can express as:

Shadow: Aggression, violence, impulsive reaction, war, desperation, domination

Gold: The spiritual warrior who stands in truth with courage, the pioneer who charts new territory, the soul who says "I am" with clarity and conviction

Neptune can express as:

Shadow: Deception, illusion, manipulation, victimhood, escapism, confusion

Gold: Divine compassion, spiritual activism, oneness with all beings, intuitive knowing, unconditional love

The question is not whether both expressions exist - they do. The question is: Which river of consciousness will you choose to swim in?

Remember what we explored in January: there are two rivers of reality flowing through our collective field. One is rooted in fear, control, separation, and reactivity. The other is rooted in love, sovereignty, oneness, and compassionate action.

Your consciousness - your thoughts, your emotional state, your choices, your frequency - determines which river you inhabit. And the river you swim in determines what you experience, who you meet, what opportunities appear, and how you navigate this year.

Here is the core truth: We have a choice this year.

Not between ignoring reality or staying informed. Not between being spiritual or being practical. But between how we respond to what we see.

Do we react from fear and desperation, or do we respond from courage and truth?

Do we feed the shadow expression of these planets, or do we cultivate their gold?

It begins with the very next person you meet. It begins with what you feed your mind, because what you consume becomes the vibration you live in.

How to Use This on Your Soul's Journey in March

This Aries equinox chart is not just for March 20th. It is the energetic backdrop for the entire year ahead. It is the canvas upon which everything else will be painted.

And here is what I want you to understand: You are not a passive recipient of this energy. You are able to use this energy as your birthright!

Every time you choose the higher expression - courage over reaction, compassion over judgment, truth over manipulation - you strengthen that river of consciousness.

Every time you pause before reacting, breathe before speaking, and return to your center before acting, you become living proof that another way is possible.

Every time you choose to live from within rather than be tossed about by external chaos, you anchor the gold expression of these planets into our collective field.

Choose to live out spiritual mastery and courage for you and your fellow humans.

And trust that in doing so, you are participating in something far greater than you can see - the birth of a new consciousness, one choice at a time.

Blessings to you dear readers!
